Loree Beth Harris - Owner and Designer at Both Minds

Loree Beth Harris

Loree Beth, most often known as LB, is a mom of two and an interior designer who has been creating intentional, meaningful spaces since 2018 when her and Will started Both Minds Design. Her passion lies in blending beauty with function, and especially loves working with historic homes; their character, craftsmanship, and stories always spark so much creativity.
When she’s not designing and creating spaces, you’ll likely find her with Will and the kids outdoors. The mountains of western North Carolina are where their family spends a lot of their free time, slowing down, hiking, and just enjoying nature. It’s evident in her design aesthetic that a lot of her inspiration is grounded in earth tones and textures.
In 2025, she was honored in the collaboration to receive a Preservation Award from the Nashville Metropolitan Historic Commission, a recognition that reflects her love for valuing the past while designing for the present. Whether she’s restoring the charm of an old home or helping a family create a one that feels truly theirs, she approaches every project with care, creativity, heart, and a little sarcasm.

Will Harris

Will Harris is the founder and owner of Both Minds Development, a custom home building and land development company based in Middle Tennessee. With a strong background in construction and a passion for creating communities, Will built Both Minds Development on the values of quality, integrity, and a client-first approach.

Will takes pride in guiding each project from the ground up, with a focus on thoughtful design, efficient planning, and craftsmanship that stands the test of time. His goal is not just to build houses, but to create lasting homes and neighborhoods that reflect the unique character of Middle Tennessee.

Beyond his work, Will values family, community, and the opportunity to contribute to the growth of the region he calls home. That same dedication to people and place drives every decision at Both Minds Development.

Mikey Roberge

Tennessee has always been home for Mikey Roberge. He grew up in Wilson County and graduated from Middle Tennessee State University before moving to Memphis to begin his career in the concrete industry. After several years there, Mikey returned to Wilson County, where he transitioned into sales with Hilti and later spent nine years with Aggreko in the large equipment rental industry, advancing from sales into sales management. His time in those roles sharpened his leadership and problem-solving skills, but his true passion had always been residential construction.
That passion eventually led Mikey to pursue home building full-time. Known for being extremely detail-oriented, hardworking, and committed to seeing every project through, he brings excellence and dedication to each home he builds. Today, as a general contractor and partner in Both Minds Development alongside Will Harris, Mikey is living his longtime dream of building homes in his hometown community.
When he’s not working, Mikey is all about family life. He and his wife, Kelsey, of 11 years, are raising their three kids — Briston, Hadley, and Reed — in Lebanon. Most days you’ll find them at the ballfield cheering on the kids, camping as a family, riding side-by-sides, or spending summer days out on the lake. Their Sundays are spent at The Bridge Fellowship, where faith and community are an important part of their lives.

Kelsey Roberge

Kelsey Roberge is the Director of Operations for Both Minds Development, where she supports the team through design selections, organization and administrative coordination, and social media. With a natural eye for detail and a love for organization, she enjoys helping keep projects moving while creating a positive experience for clients throughout the building process. As a wife and mother of three, Kelsey understands that home is where life’s most meaningful moments happen and loves helping families create spaces where those memories are made.

Before joining Both Minds Development full-time, Kelsey spent several years as a stay-at-home mom raising her three children, Briston, Hadley, and Reed. That season shaped her ability to balance many moving pieces, anticipate needs, and create systems that keep both home and work running smoothly.

When she’s not working, you’ll most likely find Kelsey cheering on her kids at their sporting events, spending time with family and friends, or enjoying the outdoors with her husband Mikey and the kids. Faith, family, and community are at the heart of Kelsey’s life, and she and her family are grateful to call The Bridge Fellowship home.
